The main hall can be used for parties and functions and will seat 70 people.

A section of the hall can be closed off to make it smaller by using the curtain.
Off the near left of the hall is the meeting room, which can also be hired separately or together with the main hall.
The main hall (31ft x 21ft) can accommodate 70 people (cabaret style), up to 100 (theatre style).
Your event will be subject to Fire Regulations limiting the maximum capacity of the Village Hall to 120 people.
There are 13 large tables (seating 8 comfortably) and 10 smaller tables (seating 6).
There are 100 stackable grey chairs.
A stage for bands or productions is available but this needs to be booked separately as is chargeable and needs to be set up by competent technicians.
The Hall has a Premises License which allows sale of alcohol – full details in the hire agreement. Events outside licensed hours would be subject to a TENS application (Temporary Events Notice). The Hall also has a Performing Rights Society (PRS) licence. Discuss your event requirements with the Bookings Secretary.
Heating, controllable by room, is by electric heaters and is included for your session. You can extend the heating time for a small additional charge.
The kitchen has place settings for 50-80 people plus kettles, urns, fridge and cooker but does not have a full catering licence (ie it is suitable for reheating already prepared food).
The Hall is accessible by wheelchair and the mobility impaired. There is no car park. The downloadable Access Statement has full details.
There is a wheelchair accessible WC with a baby changing unit; Ladies WC; Gents WC.
There is an induction loop (please request when booking).

The Meeting Room
The Meeting Room can be hired separately and has seating for approximately 25-30 people.
It can be set out formally or theatre style or alternatively the chairs can be set around the edge of the room to allow presentations from the front. There are 12 ergonomic chairs available which can be supplemented by plastic chairs from the main hall. The table arrangement is very flexible.
Access to the kitchen might be restricted if there is an event in the main hall.
