There are usually two public productions each year; an adult-orientated Spring production and a pantomime during the winter months. These are well supported by the village, the pantomime being very popular with families. Rehearsals usually take place at the Village Hall on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Drama apart, the Eydon Players also support village fetes and children’s charities and there is an active social side to the society. Regular annual events are a members’ fund-raising/social evening, a dinner in January/February, a Garden Party in July and a barbecue in August and these are open to guests and prospective members. Visits are also made to other groups’ productions, for skills development and to other events of interest.
